Noteworthy mentions...
Although both Gold Coast Christian College and Tamborine Mountain State High Schools were amongst the top 10 high schools on the Gold Coast, they have been omitted from this list due to lower participation rates. According to NAPLAN, schools must have a minimum of 11 participants and an 80% participation rate for fair comparison.
Additionally, Lindisfarne Anglican Grammar School, situated in Terranora, Northern New South Wales, would have been among the top ten contenders. And while it services many families and students residing in the Southern Gold Coast area, because it is located outside the Gold Coast region, it did not make our list.
